Order and Shipping Policy: No Returns, Only Exchanges

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for domestic orders to arrive. For international orders, please allow 10-25 business days for orders to arrive.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of the products. 

If you are located outside of the U.S. or UK, international delivery may take up to 25 business days on average. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery. 

• We do not accept returns for refunds.
• Exchanges are permitted if order is returned in new condition.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at Contact@WeArePureLady.com.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement 

• Contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.
• Upon approval, ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging.
• Once received, we will inspect the item and proceed with the exchange.

 Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
