Order and Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3-10 business days. For international orders, please allow 10-25 business days for orders to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of the products. 

Do you ship internationally?

If you are located outside of the U.S. or UK, international delivery may take up to 25 business days on average.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery. 

Exchanges Only

  • We do not accept returns for refunds.
  • Exchanges are permitted if order is returned in new condition.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at Contact@WeArePureLady.com.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, worn or washed items cannot be exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.
  • Upon approval, ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once received, we will inspect the item and proceed with the exchange.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

 Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange, except in cases of defective or damaged items. 

Final Sale Items

  •  Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for exchange. Please check product descriptions for details.
